These terms govern the purchase and use of the Ordexian Operational Audit and associated Workspace.
1. Provider and B2B scope
The provider is Maria Ortiz Muñoz, NIF/CIF 26966156-J, Avda. Sierrezuela 1, Esc 6 Bj 63. The service is intended exclusively for companies, sole traders and professionals purchasing within their business or professional activity, not as consumers.
2. Service purchased
The Ordexian Operational Audit is a digital diagnosis based on customer-provided answers. It includes an overall score, area scores, strengths, priorities, improvement opportunities and a downloadable report in the Workspace. The exact scope shown on the purchase page forms part of the offer.
3. Nature of findings
The audit is indicative and is not a certification, legal audit, professional opinion or legal, tax, accounting, employment, data protection, cybersecurity or compliance advice. Results depend on the accuracy and completeness of the information entered.
4. Price and payment
The applicable price is the price displayed immediately before purchase. Payment is one-time and processed by Stripe. Where the interface states that taxes are included, that statement forms part of the pre-contract information. Ordexian does not store full card details.
5. Contracting process
- You enter the company name and confirm you are acting within a business or professional activity.
- You read and accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
- Ordexian opens secure Stripe Checkout, where you complete payment and billing details.
- Once Stripe confirms payment, Ordexian activates access and creates the purchased audit.
- You receive or can request the secure Workspace access link.
These terms remain available on this page. Ordexian records the accepted legal version and acceptance date with the order.
6. Activation, availability and support
Activation is normally automatic after payment confirmation. If a technical issue occurs, contact info@ordexian.com. Reasonable maintenance or changes may be made where required for security, stability or service evolution.
7. Cancellations and refunds
Because this is exclusively a business/professional purchase, consumer withdrawal rights are not offered. This does not limit any rights required by law or the correction of duplicate charges, erroneous payments or failures attributable to Ordexian that prevent delivery of the service. Requests are reviewed through info@ordexian.com.
8. Customer obligations
The customer must provide lawful and reasonably accurate information, protect credentials and not use the service to submit unlawful content, infringe third-party rights, bypass security measures or engage in abusive use.
9. Data and confidentiality
Personal-data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy. Ordexian applies organization separation, restricted access and private storage controls for Workspace resources, without limiting the customer’s responsibilities for data it submits.
10. Intellectual property
Purchase grants the customer an internal right to use the generated result and report for its own organization. It does not transfer ownership of Ordexian methodology, software, design, models, templates or other assets.
11. Liability
Ordexian is liable for service delivery as required by law. The customer remains responsible for its business decisions and for the accuracy, legality and completeness of information provided. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. In business-to-business relationships, the parties submit to the courts competent for the provider’s address unless a valid agreement or mandatory rule provides otherwise.
13. Version and changes
Version: 2026-08-18. The version applicable to each purchase is the one accepted when Checkout is started. Later changes do not retroactively alter the terms of an earlier purchase unless required by law.
